I’ve partnered with Walmart this month to tell you some of my favorite must-haves for Calista now that she is officially 1 year old, and she’s on the go!
The first thing we had to do when she turned 1, was upgrade her car seat from an infant car seat to a toddler seat. We decided to go with the Graco 4-Ever 4-in-1 Car Seat. This seat gives you 10 years of use with 1 car seat! This is amazing because we all know how expensive babies can get! The seat transforms with different features as your child grows. During the Best of Baby Month you can get this seat with huge savings!
Another item we cannot live without lately is the Graco pack n’ play! We set this up when she was a newborn, and it was the perfect spot for her to nap downstairs before she was napping in her crib, because the small bassinet was warm and cozy and she loved it! Now that’s she’s an adventurous little girl who’s crawling and walking around, it’s the perfect place to put her if mom needs to get something done nearby, while knowing she’s safe in there and can’t get hurt! I put her in with some books and her favorite teddy bear and she can entertain herself for a little while while I clean up around the kitchen! It’s a life saver! Walmart.com has so many affordable options!
Walmart.com is also offering a nice incentive for purchasing one of our favorite must-haves for newborns- the Owlet Smart Sock monitor. This little device goes on your baby’s foot each night while they are sleeping and monitors their heart rate and breathing and will alert you if anything seems off. This gave us so much peace of mind with Calista as new, paranoid parents! You will get a $50 gift card when you purchase the smart sock this month! It is pricey, but so worth the money, in my opinion!
