I love classic silhouettes for Fall, so I couldn’t wait to style my new pieces from Talbots. They are currently having a Fall Friends & Family event with 30% off the entire site from 10/23-10/31! My favorite piece is the hounds tooth wool blazer! Shop HERE. I have been searching for a really great hounds tooth blazer for a few seasons now and this one did not disappoint. When you’re wearing a blazer, you want to look chic and put together, but you also don’t want to look too stuffy or serious. I decided to pair it with a simple navy tank, and a pair of jeans with nude pumps. The look was very “Gossip Girl” inspired. This jacket is such a great piece for traveling in the cooler months, and could even be thrown on over sweatpants or leggings and a long sleeve tee for an unexpected airplane outfit. This is a timeless piece that is on-trend, but will never go out of style! The best detail of this jacket is the hidden navy velvet under-collar and cuff. Such a great addition to the jacket.
I also chose this camel colored turtleneck sweater, which is another must have for Fall. I love the fit of this one, and especially the button details on the sleeves. This can be styled in so many ways! I decided to pair with this floral burgundy skirt and red boots. I love the burgundy and red combination. It’s unexpected but the colors look so good together! The sweater can also be dressed down with a pair of jeans, and nude pumps or booties, and a belt. Simple and chic! It’s also the perfect sweater to wear under a blazer, or vest.

It is so luxe, and the perfect Fall topper to wear over a pretty blouse, with jeans. It would also look super cute over a fitted sweater dress, or belted for a more fitted look. The black and grey combo makes it the perfect neutral to go with anything you already have in your closet and can be worn so many different ways!
